About Me

I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist, holding a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as a Graduate Certificate in Counselling. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with their own unique stories and challenges. I’ve worked with clients navigating grief and loss, relationship and family issues, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I’ve also supported those facing behavioural concerns such as phobias, self-harm, and the deep emotional pain associated with past or present trauma, including PTSD.

My approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration. I believe in creating a space where you feel safe to explore your feelings and experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll work to help you gain clarity, process your emotions, and move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.
