Kane Fraser
Offering a compassionate space for exploration, growth and change in your life.
What to expect from therapy
Have you ever found yourself doing something but not understanding why? It’s a common experience—like wanting to improve relationships but losing your temper despite trying not to, or wishing to stand up for yourself but feeling unable to speak when it matters most.
That’s where therapy comes in. I’m here to support you as you explore these patterns and uncover the reasons behind them in a non-judgmental and compassionate environment. Together, we’ll reflect on your experiences, creating a space where self-discovery and understanding can unfold at your pace.
My role is to walk alongside you as you seek the answers you’re looking for, offering a space where you can grow in self-awareness and confidence.
